Stress is not just a psychological problem, because it also has a large impact to physical health. The symptoms are easily recognizable, but rarely seen as a sign that stress is occurring. There are at least 10 diseases caused by stress.
In reality stress is often stress considered not necessary to treat, especially if in only causes minor complaints such as migraines and stomach pains. People still expect the disease will cure after the stress is gone so it does not need to be treated.
Here are some health concerns that are often experienced when someone is hit by stress, according to Prevention.
Headache and migraine
Endurance may decline because of stress and trigger migraines, according to Todd Schwedt, MD, director of the headache center at Washington University. To avoid this, make sure to take care of eating and sleeping patterns in a week.

Sleeping for 11 hours could make a child intelligent

Do you want your child to do well in school? Make them get used to always sleep on time every night.
The latest research results of experts in the United States shows, a good sleeping patterns makes children more intelligent. Compared to children who do not sleep regularly, those who always rest on scheduled have better language, reading, and math skills in school.
This is the result of an independent research by scientists at SRI International, which involved 8000 children aged 4 years. One of the conclusions outlined in the Associated Professional Sleep Societies meeting also mentioned that children who sleeps on an average less than 11 hours each day showed less good ability.

Natural cosmetic and skin care products are everywhere. But, you have to be careful, because many of them are not all that natural. Read the label carefully. Write down the ingredients listed below and don't buy anything that contains them.
Natural cosmetic and skin care products are not that well regulated. Since they are not food items, most agencies consider them non-harmful. But the pores are tiny "holes" that everything passes through. Think about it, if something is porous, it will leak. So anything that you rub on your body will end up in your blood stream.
You probably know that, since you are looking for natural cosmetic and skin care products, but it just explains why companies are allowed to include substances that are known to cause cancer in animals, people or both. They are also allowed to include ingredients that are just not that good for you.

There was a study done where a control group of 100 people were divided into two :
50 people watched a very funny, tears-of laughter type movie ;

and another 50 watched a very sad and tears of compassion type movie.


At the end of the sessions researchers collected the 'happy tears' and the 'sad tears' with eye droppers.


They found that 'happy tears' are made up of brine...salt water and not a great deal else.

However the 'sad tears' were found to contain the very same chemicals and enzymes that are found in tumors, ulcers and other such lumps and bumps
and sicknesses through out the body.

5. Air Pollution
The brain is the largest oxygen consumer in our 20 body. Inhaling polluted air decreases the supply of oxygen to the brain, bringing about a decrease in brain efficiency.
